At Aquarium Co-Op, we want you to love your aquatic-inspired apparel as much as your fish. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn fashion items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
